We are thrilled to be sharing Jessica, our very own Marketing Director for Parker Baby Co. as the October Mama Feature! Jessica and her husband Jack live in Parker, CO and are expecting their first sweet baby (a girl, yay!) in December. We are so grateful Jessica is a part of our team and we are excited for everyone to get to know her a little bit more.
My favorite part about the Holidays is how cozy and decorated my home gets. Growing up in a very Danish household, I learned at a young age that this cozy feeling can actually stick around all year! It's called 'hygge' and we are going to break it down. Hygge (hoo-gah) is a Danish word about coziness and surrounding yourself with the things that make life good. Kind of like a hug..hug-ah. 😉 It has no direct translation because it's more of feeling.
Fall is approaching and we have another sweet mama for you to meet! This month we are featuring, Megan. She recently turned 36 and has a couple of sweet babes; Micah (2 and half), and Chloe (6 months old)! You've probably seen Micah on our website! Megan is currently a Labor and Delivery Nurse and lives in Parker, CO!
This school year is starting differently for most children around the world. Even the kids beginning in-person classes are facing new procedures and uncertainties. Read more on how Kim is making the most of the 2020-2021 school year!
It's currently dumping snow here in Colorado Springs, but this is the perfect weather (in my opinion) to heat up the kitchen and make a family favorite of mine, beer bread! It's such a comfort food for our family and honestly a great recipe to share with friends. It goes well with soup, chili, stew, or even just by itself with some jam or butter on it (my favorite)! This recipe is crazy easy and I'm excited to share the memories of making it with my little guy, Charlie.
