The job

We are looking for someone with experience in eCommerce marketing and operations to help with the following tasks:

eCommerce Operations

  • Email filtering and management for management team

  • Develop and improve SOPs for processes across the organization

  • Synchronizing product information across sales channels

  • Basic data entry and analysis, including tracking and reporting KPIs

  • Plan travel and accommodation for management team

  • Document organization and sharing

Social Media Coordination

  • Find new customer leads on Instagram and TikTok and contact them

  • Social media engagement

    • TikTok: liking, commenting and scrolling pages on TikTok and engaging with those videos

    • Instagram: watch stories of accounts that we follow, liking and commenting on appropriate posts and stories, commenting and posting on posts that align with our brand.

  • Post stories (daily) on our social media accounts according to our social media calendar

  • Moderate and engage in our Facebook groups

General Marketing Support

  • Compile a list of prospective influencers that compliment our brand

  • Manage outreach to prospective affiliates and ambassadors

  • Review TikTok Affiliate requests and messages, contact new influencers

  • Compile a list of complimentary brands that we could collaborate with

  • Organize and maintain marketing assets (photography, video, etc.)

  • Maintain and audit Marketing/Content Calendars

What you can expect from us

  • Weekly payment

  • Salary Range: $700 - $1,100 USD per month, commensurate with experience

Applicable after 60 days:

  • Internet allowance

  • Paid time off and paid holidays

Qualifications

Required

  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • >2 years of experience in eCommerce

  • >5 years of social media experience

  • Start-up company mentality - willingness to work in an unstructured environment

  • Willingness to “wear a lot of hats” and expand responsibilities

  • Experience with:

    • Microsoft Excel

    • Google Sheets

    • Google Docs

    • Google Drive

  • Reliable Internet connection and computer

Desired

  • Familiarity with Baby Products
