What are the order minimums? +

The opening order minimum is $250. Reorders require a minimum of $150. There's no minimum on the number of SKUs — mix and match across our full catalog.

How does shipping work? +

Shipping is charged at cost on orders under $500. Orders of $500 or more ship free. Most in-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days.

What payment options are available? +

New accounts are required to pay by credit card, prepaid. Established accounts may apply for Net 30 terms upon credit approval. Contact our wholesale team at wholesale@parkerbaby.com to discuss.

How does MAP pricing work? +

MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) is keystone — 2× the wholesale price. You may not publicly advertise our products below this price. Parker Baby maintains MSRP on parkerbaby.com and Amazon to protect your margins. You're free to sell at any price in-store.

Where am I authorized to sell Parker Baby products? +

Authorized: Brick-and-mortar retail stores and your own branded website.
Prohibited: Amazon, Walmart.com, eBay, Etsy, and all other third-party online marketplaces. Violation of this policy results in account termination. A signed Wholesale Agreement is required before your first order.

What is the return policy? +

Returns are accepted on unopened product in original packaging within 30 days of receipt, subject to a 15% restocking fee. For shipping damage, report within 3 business days with photos to wholesale@parkerbaby.com.

Are you on Faire? +

Yes — we're available on Faire. Applying through this portal also connects you directly with our team for personalized support, full catalog access, and the quickest path to getting your account set up.

Does Parker Baby protect zip codes or territories? +
