About the Role
We are hiring an Amazon Marketplace Specialist to help us scale our fast-growing brand on Amazon.
This is not a static role — we’re looking for someone who wants to grow. You’ll begin by learning our Amazon business inside and out, supporting strategy with detailed analysis, listing optimization, and process building. Over time, this role will grow into Amazon Account Manager, with full ownership of the channel and the opportunity to lead a team (Analyst, Coordinator, PPC Manager).

What You’ll Do
- Support and Execute Amazon Growth Strategy – Help drive profitable sales growth across Parker Baby.
- Launch and Scale Products – Partner with leadership on high-impact launches, ensuring strong keyword rankings and conversion rates.
- Optimize and Experiment – Continuously improve listings and advertising performance through testing, analysis, and optimization.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Leadership to align Amazon strategy with company goals.
- Build for Scale – Document SOPs, reporting, and processes to enable efficient delegation and prepare for future team expansion.
About You

Compensation
- Base Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 annually (depending on experience and fit)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary, tied directly to achieving key outcomes
- Total Compensation Opportunity: $66,000 – $77,000+ annually
