Returns & Exchanges

New, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For Domestic (US) returns, customer is responsible for a flat $8 return fee. Exchanges and returns for store credit are not subject to a return fee. Beyond 30 days, we do not offer refunds, with the exception of warranty related requests.

To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal.

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed. They must be returned in their original packaging. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once or the tags have been removed it will not qualify for a return.

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receipt of the returned item.

You cannot return Gift Cards.

International orders are final sale.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase and order number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

6 Month Warranty/Repair Program

We stand behind the quality of all Parker Baby Co. products, which is why we offer a reasonable 6 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.

One of the best parts of developing new products is knowing that you use them every single day. We love that our products become such a big part of your daily routine, and because of that, we know they can suffer some tough love. In an effort to reduce waste, we will repair products, if possible, instead of replacing them for a new item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 days. This may take several days to appear on your credit card or bank statement. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Final Sale items (if applicable)

Items listed as "Final Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal to begin the process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can provide store credit for returned items. Please use the original order number to complete the return using our Return & Exchange Portal.

International Orders

International orders are final and no returns will be accepted. 

Please note: Your country's Customs department may levy additional fees, tariffs, or taxes on your order. We fill out all the appropriate paperwork, including the cost of goods sold. Please check with your country's Customs department to inquire about any potential fees for receiving International packages.
