We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Regular orders received before 10PM MDT will be prepared and ready for shipment before 10PM MDT the following business day. Orders ship within 1 business day of being received. Once your order has shipped, you will be provided with tracking information. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days and expedited orders arrive in 2 business days or less.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to customize our sets of Bandana Bibs, Muslin Swaddles, or our Bundles with different colors, styles, or products.

We stand behind the quality of all Parker Baby Co. products, which is why we offer a reasonable 6 month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by neglect, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.

One of the best parts of developing new products is knowing that you use them every single day. We love that our products become such a big part of your daily routine, and because of that, we know they can suffer some tough love.

In an effort to reduce waste, we will repair products, if possible, instead of replacing them for a new item.
