Can I Return or Exchange a Personalized Product?
Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once a purchase is completed.
Embroidery Accuracy
Please double-check your text carefully before submitting your order. We embroider your custom details exactly as entered, so we cannot offer refunds or replacements for customer spelling or formatting errors. If we make a mistake on our end, we will gladly redo your item or issue a full refund to make it right!
Can I send my order as a gift?
Yes! Just select Gift Bag under "Is This a Gift?" in cart, and we will pick the perfect gift bag size based on what you order. Add a gift note for free!
You can also Send a Virtual Hug with your order, which is a video message the new parent gets to watch when they open your gift! Select "Send a Virtual Hug" for $3 in your cart to record your video.
Do your products contain any chemicals?
Our products are all free from formaldehyde, phthalates and BPA. We don't use any flame retardants in our products either.
