Key Responsibilities
Social Media Coordination
-
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and more
-
Collaborate with creators, influencers, and brand fans to develop and curate engaging social content

Monitor trends and bring fresh, fun, and relevant ideas to our content calendar

Manage social media engagement — respond to comments, DMs, and tags with a warm, on-brand voice
-
Track performance metrics and support monthly reporting
Campaign & Content Support

Assist with product launches, promotions, and influencer campaigns from planning to execution

Coordinate content creation for email, social, and paid channels

Support the marketing team with writing, editing, and scheduling email campaigns

Help manage creative assets and maintain our content calendar
Admin & Team Collaboration

Track project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics

Assist in organizing influencer gifting, product seeding, and affiliate efforts

Help maintain content libraries and digital asset management systems
The Creative Profile We’re Seeking
We're looking for a collaborative, self-motivated individual with:

1–3 years experience in social media, marketing coordination, or content production

Strong copywriting skills with a friendly, fun, and parent-friendly tone

Visual instincts for aesthetics, photography, and short-form video (Canva or Reels editing is a plus!)

Organizational excellence — you love calendars, timelines, and staying on top of details
-
Trend awareness — you stay plugged into social trends and know what’s working now

Familiarity with eCommerce tools (e.g., Klaviyo, Shopify, Later, Canva, or similar)
