Location: Parker, Colorado
Parker Baby Co. is a growing eCommerce business. We sell practical baby products on Amazon.com, our website (www.parkerbaby.com), Walmart.com and other sales channels.
We’re a small family business. But we’re growing quickly, and it’s time to grow our family (work family that is, our family is done growing).
We operate on a semi-remote basis. 2 team members work out of our Parker, Colorado warehouse/office, and 3 team members work remotely or semi-remotely. This position will be based out of our Parker, Colorado warehouse.
The job
- Pick, pack and ship customer orders
- Organize and manage product inventory at our “HQ Warehouse”
- Optimize the outbound shipping process
- Process and pack returned items
- Arrange larger outbound shipments destined for other warehouse locations
- Receive and organize inbound inventory
- Research and develop new strategies to optimize warehouse operations and save money
- Hours: 9am - 3pm, with some flexibility (Monday through Friday)
- Pay: $14-16/hour

Qualifications
Required
- Organized and detail oriented
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs in weight
- Start-up company mentality - willingness to work in an unstructured environment
- Willingness to “wear a lot of hats” and expand responsibilities
- Experience with:
- Google Apps (Sheets, Docs)
- Gmail
Desired
- Warehouse experience
- Packing shipments
- Familiarity with Baby Products
