Mama Feature: Nancee

Mama Feature: Nancee

Fall is near and we are sharing an amazing mama who is just as excited as we are about sweater weather! Meet Nancee, a Brand Ambassador for PBC and mama to sweet baby Silas. Her little family lives in Portland, Oregon where she has a little side hustle: thrifting. So fun!

Favorites?

Favorite mommy/maternity product:
My go to product when I was pregnant was Lavender essential oil. During pregnancy my senses were heightened and I could smell everything. Some smells would really make me sick. I carried Lavender around with me everywhere I went. I would also get really bad pregnancy headaches and I didn't have many options for relief. A few drops of Lavender essential oil in a cool washcloth always did the trick!

Favorite baby product:
My favorite baby product has so far been our Owlet monitor & camera. Since the day we brought Silas home it has given both me and my husband peace of mind during the evenings knowing Silas' heart rate and oxygen levels are normal. And the camera is unbelievably useful with Silas being in his own room night now.

Favorite way to have a little “me-time”:
A day at the thrift store! But first coffee!

A couple more questions...

What traditions or activities are you most excited to do with Silas this Fall? Fall! My favorite time of the year. I am so excited to take long walks through some of the gorgeous parks here in the PNW. Rustling through the leaves in our rain boots and cozy sweaters. And of course there's the obvious pumpkin patch I cannot wait for Silas to experience for the first time!

What is the first thing you do when you put Silas down for sleep?
As soon as Silas falls asleep the first thing I do after a long day of mommin' is shower!
mama and baby.
What's your favorite way to spend quality time with your husband while you have a little one at home?
Thankfully Silas is sleeping through the night. Bedtime is at eight and as soon as he's down for the evening, it's time to catch up on shows and have some snacks!
