When will my order ship?
We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Regular orders received before 10PM MDT will be prepared and ready for shipment before 10PM MDT the following business day. Orders placed after 10 PM MDT or on weekends or holidays, will ship within 2 business days. Please contact us atsupport@parkerbaby.com if you have any questions about your order.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items with the original packaging within 30 days. Please visit our Returns Page for more information.
All items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, or we’re happy to offer store credit or an exchange for gifts.
Do your products contain any chemicals?
Our products are all free from formaldehyde, phthalates and BPA. We don't use any flame retardants in our products either.
